Your driver, Mike came to jump my car today. He was great! He was worried that my car might stall out on the way to the shop and followed me right into the parking lot. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and professional, there's nothing more I would ever ask for from a tow company.

I used them via my manufacturers roadside assistance program (Nissan) and the entire experience was great, truck showed up quickly, driver was friendly and helpful and the work was done quickly. He even shifted tires around to make sure that everything worked properly since my spare is a slightly different size than my drive wheels.

I had an accident on a Wednesday, called my normal place by 1 pm, I called back on Friday afternoon and found they might get to it next week. That's 5 days. Though I fear change and am stubborn as a goat, I tried something new. I called Reliable, and had a truck on the way in 10 minutes. That's 720 times faster than the first place I called. Thank you to the 2 gentlemen that pulled my car from the ditch on Prest road in Chilliwack yesterday (Wednesday) they were out there quite quickly after we called. They did a superb job they got my baby out quickly  super friendly absolute professionals. They love their job that was clear. Again thank you so much. I will definitely be referring this company.
